The most important logistics networking week of 2024 ended on Saturday 2 March: Enrico Francesco Crasta – General Manager, and Marcello Terrenghi Milan – Branch Manager travelled to Dubai to take part in two major events: WCA First Conference (24-26 February) – the exclusive event for WCA First members and WCA Worldwide Conference (27 February to March) – the biggest logistics networking conference ever held.
Crasta – The Italian freight forwarder
The Dubai World Conference 2024 held special significance for us because we celebrated our 18th year of affiliation with WCA World: in 2006 we were the first logistics business in Southern Italy to join the most powerful and recognised global network of independent operators in the forwarding industry. But that is not all. This year in Dubai, we were the only ones representing central and southern Italy, proudly presenting ourselves as the Italian reference point in the logistics and shipping sector.
WCA First Conference – For veterans of the network
WCA First is much more than a forwarder network: it is a fundamental pillar in the global logistics and international forwarding market. Members enjoy unique competitive advantages through access to resources, knowledge and business opportunities that only such a consolidated network can offer.

WCA Worldwide Conference – The biggest logistics networking event in 2024
It has been described as the largest logistics networking conference ever held thanks to the participation of some 4,500 delegates from over 180 countries. WCA Worldwide Conference was an extraordinary opportunity that allowed us to reach new markets, raise awareness of our company on a global scale, connect with key players in the industry, meet up with long-standing partners and establish new relationships, share experiences and identify current business opportunities. In addition to the traditional one-on-one meetings with delegates from all corners of the world, there were several social networking events that enriched the experience of all those taking part.
