The Messe M\u00fcnchen Trade Fair Centre<\/strong> is the place to be for the unmissable industry event, Transport Logistic!. We have just got back from the four-day fair and are here to tell you all about it.<\/p><\/p>\n\n

From 9 to 12 May, Enrico Francesco Crasta<\/strong> and Antonietta Lepore<\/strong> attended the International Trade Fair for Logistics, Mobility, IT and Supply Chain Management<\/strong> and made the most of the opportunities for direct interaction, seeking dialogue and focus on environmental issues, the launch of the new intermodal services presented and the necessary customer-supplier knowledge that is essential for approaching companies looking for a competent, organised and certified partner that can offer customised solutions.<\/p><\/p>\n\n

The transport capital of the world <\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n

During the fair, Munich<\/strong> becomes a huge transport capital and a never-ending market place, welcoming companies and people from all over the world: 2,320 exhibitors from 67 countries<\/strong> in an exhibition space of 127,000 square metres<\/strong>; a record number of visitors, up by over 50%, with more than 75,000 people from over 120 countries<\/strong>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n

Of the 2,320 exhibitors, a record 60% (1,390) came from abroad. The top ten exhibiting countries after Germany were the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, France, Austria, China, Turkey, Spain, Poland and Great Britain. So there was lots of Italy, represented by the various port networks led by Assoporti, as well as the air cargo, rail and dry port sectors. Numbers matter. But how much more important is it to be open to opportunities, respond to new stimuli, to incorporate environmental issues with sensitivity? Alongside their business profile, companies these days must also have a brand reputation that is backed by credible people, reliable financial operations and sustainable development<\/strong>.
